My current dept is full of politics... politics between internal dept, with other 2 dept, with Japan HQ, Japan HQ dept politics with Japan HQ dept, Japanese management vs Japanese management, Japanese management vs non-japanese employees and all these will link back to us!!! Those Japanese in my coy... they SUG BIG TIME playing politic man and ignoring their work!!! Sick lah!
